Default IRFP450 Replacements?

I'm going to build Quasi's amp and i was wondering if anyone knows any replacement for the FETS used there, IRFP450.

Thanks Everyone!

G'day Hernanstafe,

The amp modules in question will work well with any mosfet device in the same series as the IRFP450. I.e; IRFP250, 350 etc.

Other mosfets can be used too provided they are a TO247 package. Minimum specifications are;

Vds minimum = your peak to peak idle rail voltage + 20%. For 70 volts rails this is 168 volts.

Pd minimum @ 25 degC = 180w

Low gate capacitance (relatively)

Cheers
