Default hafler and adcom

Hello,
I have the chance to get Hafler 9130 amplifier in How good it is? Looking at the manual on hafler website it looks like that a preamp isn't needed because it has volume control on it

The other piece of interest is a adcom GFP-345 and GFA-5200. It's a good match for my fostex FE206 in horn enclosure?

They're all new unit, but they must be somewath old, because I found it in judge auction. I don't know how to say in english but it's where they sell stuff of a person or company that failed.

Thank you
