Default You are welcome dear Klaas Veenstra

Well...you already know that.

I am testing the camera...the one dutch review have made critics..for sure it has flaws... do not work in low light and zoom is digital, does not have macro but the sound is lovely.

I am uploading one more Dx amplifier video showing a test.

Here you have the first scene.... increase volume and listen the birds.

Watch full screen and 1080..... and build a new Dx amplifier to smash and crush your other units....hehehehehe

Default I have made a gift to myself.... a Christmas gift, a better digital camera

to produce better audio recording as demos for Dx amplifiers.

It is the Kodak Playfull ZE1, i have paid 150 buck or USD in Brasil, of course i am converting the money to USD.... here we use to pay 100 percent of taxation over imported gods...i already know you can buy in US by 50 bucks...aaaaaaagh

Now i gonna have more quality in the audio to produce my videos, in special demos that depends of sonic quality...it is not perfect, but much better when compared to all cheap digital cameras i use to buy...compared, in sonics, with 500 to 1000 USD SLR cameras....but this toy has flaws too..read the description box below the video.

Kodak Playfull audio and video test - read description below - YouTube

Please, if possible, watch in a big monitor and avoid Iphone small screen and tablets .... Ipad is fine.... also play the sound in a good amplifier...a Dx amplifier will result fine..ahahahahahah

regards,

Carlos

Default I wish you all a happy new year

To all forum friends, to Dx builders, the Dx Corporation staff and to all Moderators.

To the less friendly one, my wishes of a great new year that may drive them more happy and more friendly with uncle Charlie.

Please help me.

I got a pair of 3 way HiFi speaker system, with main woofer rating as 120 Watts RMS/8 Ohms Minimum and 220 Watts RMS /8 Ohms Max power handling capacity.

Can you please suggest me the modification I have to do in the DX Amplifier circuit. For a 120 watts RMS output how much supply rail voltage I have to feed?

Do i have to add more output transistors along with .22 ohm emitter resistors?

If I have to change the supply rail voltage please let me know the transformers voltage rating V-0-V and Amps rating needed for this change(120Watts RMS - 8 ohms load)?

Hi pappan, when the speakers say minimum 120W that means that they will handle at least 120W (probably continuously), the 220W max is a peak rating (for short times).

It does not mean that you need a minimum of 120W amp power to drive them

Tony.

Dear Tony,
I have an CDIL 3055 based amplifier which works on 35 - 0 - 35 v, 4 Amps DC and produces 40 watts rms, but creates plop like sound when played in high volume of low frequency beats and bass guitars. I think this is due to the clipping effect when a heavy load load like 8 ohm 100 rms sub woofer type with a 40 watts rms amplifier. SO to avoid this I am upgrading amp and i am trying to build a perfectly matching amp for this. Please help me in this regard.

Thanks in advance
