That means you need a chasis
(Hi Fotios) I will post some fotos of an amplifier made 12 years ago by a friend of mine, as soon as i can.
The chasis was made from raw aluminium plates entirely, the sides were the heatsinks. I think you already have more than the tools needed for the job
By the way, I must have more info about that 15E bending machine of your's

Γεια σου πατριδα. Γειτονια ειμαστε περιπου, απο τη Δραμα ειμαι. Τι λεει η Κοζανη? Εχω ενα παληοφιλο απο εκει, λεγεται Γιαννης Λουμπουτσκος και ειναι μεγας μουσικος, ηλεκτρονικος και ταβλαδορος. Αν τον ξερεις, δωστου χαιρετισματα απο Φωτη Αναγνωστου και ας μου γραψει κατι. Κοιτα να δεις με τα κουτια τι γινεται. Ο ενισχυτης που βλεπεις στη φωτογραφια κοστιζει με κορυφαια υλικα 350 ευρωπουλα, και ενα κουτι πολυ μουρατο αλλα τοσα. Ε, δεν τρελαινεσαι? Ετσι αρχισα να αγοραζω διαφορα μηχανηματα. Αυτη τη στιγμη εχω ηδη ενα φαλτσοπριονο, τη στραντζα χειρος που την εφτιαξα μονος γιατι ενω βρηκα ετοιμη απο Αγγλια Στις 45 λιρες μαρκας CLARKE, τα μεταφορικα ηταν 80 λιρες!!( θα βγαλω κι αλλες φωτογραφιες της για να τη δεις καλυτερα και να την καταλαβεις). Τωρα ψαχνομαι ειτε για ενα σαπορτ για το κολωνατο μου δραπανο, ειτε για μια κομπλε φρεζα. Δυστυχως οι τιμες ειναι πανακριβες στην Ελλαδα ενω απο Γερμανια τα μεταφορικα ειναι πανακριβα γιατι οι φρεζες ζυγιζουν γυρω στα 140 κιλα. Η οικονομικωτερη φρεζα που εχω βρει ως τωρα, κοστιζει απο Γερμανια 950 ευρωπουλα με τα μεταφορικα. Οποτε δεν ξερω τι να κανω αυτη τη στιγμη. Θα δω και θα αποφασισω. Παντως η φρεζα χρειαζεται για να κοψω τις σχισμες αερισμου στα καπακια (ας ειναι εξω οι ψυκτρες, ο μετασχηματιστης και οι πλακετες τι γινονται?) αλλα και καμια τετραγωνη τρυπα για διακοπτη ροκερ. Ασε για τη βαφη και τις ταμπελες, αλλο προβλημα αυτο. Για να σου κανει καποιος μεταξοτυπιες, θελει τουλαχιστον 50 προσοψεις. Αυτα. Αν εχεις καμμια ιδεα, γραψε μου και για αυτα.

Thanks. Yes - almost - schematics not released yet, there must be several months of prototype testing.
