Which is finally the circuit that you are using in this prototype from the lot of versions presented
I replaced all the old schema's with ones that say "update"
It is final, works bery good . No noise, no "thump"
and is VERY loud.
(slew at 40v/us, but no 5v input)

frugal 2 will be done soon, with 100+ v/uS or better.
(balanced diff. VAS)

OS sorry for my mistake, but i am under moderation and i can't edit my posts:
"Without load, with a square wave of 5Vpp in input, how much is the output rise time in 10KHz and in 20KHz?"
I meant: Without load, with a square wave of 10KHz and 20KHz in input, how much is the corresponding rise time in output at 5Vpp?
Of course 5V it is very high for input!
From the slew you reffer you must have about 1,6 to 1,7 žsec rise time. The same i have and me in my amplifier.
Indeed, with double LTPs in input you must have the half rise time (thus the double slew rate).

Regs

At Burning Amp Fest in SF last month, Mr. Pass let some of us haul home some prototype chassis' to fill with projects.

I built up an interesting amp ... here are the lo-rez results.

Those brass wing nuts and screws are my own peculiarity ... non-magnetic, good thermal transfer ...

You have to use one Image Editor program.
To make them less than 1000x1000 pixels and less than 100 kB file size .

I use XnView freeware. Has got Image Resize function.
http://pagesperso-orange.fr/pierre.g...loadwin32.html

And when I save JPG image I can select reduced quality of the copy saved:
... from 0% - 100% JPG image quality.
Usually 60-70% quality gives a small enough file. Compressed in format.

On station ... I like gold connectors, mostly 'cause its fun to chat about with guests ... no noticable improvements, but it feels so good ...
