Excuse me for this comment, but I think your PCB's for the Mongrels are quite big. They could be much smaller, IMHO.

I have not really listened to it (just with small test bookshelf speakers), only looked at the signals to the Scope.This evening I will connect it to the main speakers, after will know how it sounds....

- Dual DX Blame ST amp module and power supplies by Carlos Mergulhão, TO-3 outputs;
- LS Protect by Miguel Nabuco, idea from SiliconChip magazine;
- SoftStart adapted from National application idea;
- Transformers from Toroid do Brasil, 26+26ACV, 208VA;
- Fan controller from Giogros Lazaridis' idea, enhanced by AndrewT's suggestions;
- Case from Naoko (Brazil, mod. RK-2U-B);
- My design!!!!
