I have used these plates and the same profile heat sink you mentioned, to built couple of chassis.
Further if you want any other sizes, buy bulk sheet and get them laser cut.

Hi everyone, I just saw the latest amps posted here.

@hydrovac I really like your build; it's very clean, all that's left is to finish it.

@astx I just discovered your work over the past years, with all the versions of your amps you've designed. It's a very impressive amount of work; I'm amazed.

Your latest amplifier must have been very complex to build; you obviously stop at nothing.

@astx, you're right. I didn't cut their leads because I wanted to keep some length in case I had to modify the assembly or to make desoldering easier.
They're BJTs, but it would be better to cut them now that it's finished.

@kapitiaudio, yes, in the last photo, the amplifier isn't completely finished. The heat-shrink tubing has since been installed , along with more cable ties and the thermistors for thermal protection.
This latest version is more elaborate but took me much more time. I merged the two classic NAP250 PCBs into one. I added a bigun-designed HP protection based on jkp73's schematic and I added a jpk73-designed front-end regulator based on LM337/317s. Finally, there is a hypex softstart/standby/thermal protection module.
 
The Nick Sukhov BB-XXI amplifier with a power of 2x150 W has a patented [ https://photos.app.goo.gl/wGfoEdXYJg6ypRGQ8 ] improved output stage in the new ABBA class, which, thanks to effective Gm doubling compensation, provides nonlinear distortion 30 times less than the usual AB class. The hardware costs for these improvements are simply negligible - in my case, this is just a couple of additional low-power constant resistors. The input stage is implemented on the MUSES03 op amp, DC servo on the OPA192 e-Trim op amp provides DC zero at the output with an error of no more than +- 25 microvolts without the need for any tuning operations, and there is not a single coupling capacitor in the circuit, - all connections from the input to the output are organized on direct current. The push-pull output stage operates in the ABBA class mode on ThermalTrak transistors and provides ultra-precise and quick thermal stabilization of the initial collector current within +- 3% when heated in the temperature range from 20 to 100 Celsius. The volume control is organized on the MUSES72323 chip and the ESP32 DEVKIT V1 IoT module, which also provides control from the encoder, IR remote control and smartphone.
