still looking for schematics......
for a Bose 1800 Series V amp..... got one of two of these beasts repaired, but still have no +15V supply on the other one. i'm used to working without schematics, but this second amp is a bit of a "puzzlement" right now. both of these amps had dead +15V supplies, and i found diodes shorted as well as a MOSFET in the power supply of one of them. the one with the bad MOSFET is the one that's fixed, but the other amp didn't have a shorted fet, but had the same diodes shorted. i might try replacing the same fet just to see if the fet might be open. i still would like to get schematics for these amps, as i'm sure the owner of these amps will want them fixed again sometime in the future.
