I would use this in a rig consisting of a Denon PRA-1500, Adcom GFA-555 and Thiel CS3.5 w/o stock equalizer. The stock equalizer apparently gives a bass boost, something I feel is lacking sometimes. Also, a good deal of recordings just don't sound that great due to the "revealing" nature of the Thiels, I'm told.
Is anyone using or has used this device? Would it prove to be something worth experimenting with or should I just pass on the idea? |
