Let's explore what we have on market
of transistors
Matched Pair for Audio, like SSM2210 2SK389 and other.

Anybody into design of amplifiers would know the benefit of matching.
In this case pairs for input and other differential stages.
These type of transistors are not only matched for VBE / VGS,
but they are in same case, package, housing = good temperature matching.

As can be seen in my attached image of diagram
SSM2210 have good low noise performance
at about 30 - 150 uA bias.
This is when using 10.000 Ohm source resistor.

If you have Spice Model for any of your transistor pairs
post this as well!
I will try to find Spice Model for SSM2210, and post it here.
I am looking for Spice of 2SK389 JFET matched pair. For my EWB MultiSim.

SSM2220, 2xPNP, very low noise

The 2SA798 (dual PNP, common emitter) is still pretty easy to find.

The SSM2220 is great for low noise, but current gain isn't anything to get excited about.
