IXLF19N250A spice model?

Hi all,

Anybody has or knows where to find a spice model for the IXLF19N250(A) IXYS high-voltage fet?

Apparently it is in the Cadence PSpice IXYS library but I cannot access those.

If you post the PSpice lib, maybe someone else can get the ascii spice data from it...

Sorry, what I meant was that I have seen a listing of the contents of PSpice libraries and there this part is listed, but I have neither the lib nor the ascii model text.

Actually it isn't a fet but an igbt....
