Default Ashdown amp...No headphone jack

Hi everyone. Anyway i just bought an Ashdown 180/15 bass amp yesterday but it has no headphone jack. I know, i didn't think to check on that before i ordered it. My question is this: I live in an area that I have to practice through headphones. Is there a way to go through a mixer or headphone amp and be able to play? also, if i can, does it mute the bass amp speaker also?

Most likley your amp has a direct out, correct? You can take that into a small mixer, like the little $60 beringher 2 channel mixers and then plug headphones into that.

Or, you can get an adapter to go from XLR, which your direct out should be, to a RCA plug and then plug the direct out into your stereo and plug in your heaphones that way. keep the master turned down and you should be fine....

Thanx Zc, I'm going to just go ahead and order a small mixer and be done with it. Thanks again for your help friend.
