Hi everyone. Anyway i just bought an Ashdown 180/15 bass amp yesterday but it has no headphone jack. I know, i didn't think to check on that before i ordered it. My question is this: I live in an area that I have to practice through headphones. Is there a way to go through a mixer or headphone amp and be able to play? also, if i can, does it mute the bass amp speaker also?

Most likley your amp has a direct out, correct? You can take that into a small mixer, like the little $60 beringher 2 channel mixers and then plug headphones into that.
Or, you can get an adapter to go from XLR, which your direct out should be, to a RCA plug and then plug the direct out into your stereo and plug in your heaphones that way. keep the master turned down and you should be fine.... Zc |

Thanx Zc, I'm going to just go ahead and order a small mixer and be done with it. Thanks again for your help friend.
