Bypass caps are generally Poly Film or polypropaline or Polyester or Polystyrene or Mylar, any Poly type Cap of the Largest Value you can fit (Usually between 0.1uF and 1uF) but larger the better and Poly Film or mylar caps are the smallest so they would probably be the best choise as you can get larger Values in smaller Packages....

Wima Caps are Popular and reasonably priced....

Cheers

A dual mono design with two 15,000µF per channel?

Try between 22µF~47µF of a high quality electrolytic right on top of the big cans.

Then try between 0.1µF~1µF as close to where the power is consumed. The grounds must return to where the star ground is. These may need a small value resistor in series with them, around 0R5. You may want to omit these caps if you can't get them orientated properly.
