what poweramp is realy the best to build?

what style of power amp give the highest wattage ?

is it possible to get say 47+ 47- 8 ohms more then 70 watts?
without bridge the amp

what poweramp give the best sound quality ?

what poweramp is safe build without burning parts out ?

i real enjoy read your comment good or bad

I think he wants to know if he can get more than seventy watts into eight ohms with rail voltages of +- 47 volts.

Hi,
I'm sorry to say I was serious.

If that is the question then very little more will be available from +-47Vdc and only if all is optimised for maximum power.

Prorms,

LM4702 based kit may be suitable for you. It is simple and easy to build and commercial DIY kit is also available. I built one, it sounds vry good to my ears.

+/- 47 VAC secondaries = +/- 65 VDC rails = dual mono-block power MOSFET amps producing 185 watts with >> line level signal = 0.005 THD @ 1kHtz into 8 ohms .... and proud of it.

Using the Crown 300 VA torrid transformer through two full wave bridge PS boards w/ 40000 uF each, into two NX150 modules: http://aussieamplifiers.com/nx150.htm = simple as pie to make.

Scaling back on the rail voltage from +/- 65 VDC to +/- 56 VDC = 2 channels, 145 watts ... further scaling back is all linear ratios = rail voltage v. clean power output ( As per Anthony Holton at aussieamplifiers.com : "The NX150 will operate on supply voltages as low as +-20 volts very well and as high as +-70volts").

If you are proud of it, that is very good. Someone else may also have the opprtunity to be proud of it. Proud and enthusiasm is probably one of the best specifications for any audio equipment.
