I'm having no luck finding a couple of parts needed to complete my AV400.
I'm looking for a transformer with 115V pri & 9V/1amp secondary. As well I need a 25 Ohm 15 - 50 watt metal clad resistor. Any help with a source and part number is very much appreciated. Don |

dsavitsk, I saw that toroid, but hated to spend $15. This transformer is just to supply a power-on slow start circuit. I was hoping to find an inexpensive tranny. The "TDH35P25R0JE-ND" resistor is great. Thank you! Don

I just placed the order with Digikey. The tranny was a bit much, but I want to get this project wrapped up so I can enjoy the amp. The amp is pretty well done. I've built the case, assembled the components, etc. Just need to build this slow-start board. Thanks again guys! Don

Look on ebay for either 0-9v 10VA or a 18VCT 10VA . I used a 18vct 9 vac for softstart and 9vac for cooling fans and power on indicator works great. payed 8-9 dollars on ebay including shipping.
