Has anyone tried these or its pnp counterpart for the input differential, They seem to be extremely linear up to about 30ma, Iknow they work very well in a vas stage, i am presently using 2n5551 and have itchy fingers to try these as the various 2n5551 are all over the place spec wise from manufacturer to manufacturer..
Thanks Colin

Hi Colin:
I also tried 2sc2705/2sa1145 in Vas. In my opinion, 2sa970/2sc2240 are better suited for input differential pairs (higher hfe, lower noise). Regards, Milan |
