2sc2705 for differential??

Has anyone tried these or its pnp counterpart for the input differential, They seem to be extremely linear up to about 30ma, Iknow they work very well in a vas stage, i am presently using 2n5551 and have itchy fingers to try these as the various 2n5551 are all over the place spec wise from manufacturer to manufacturer..

I also tried 2sc2705/2sa1145 in Vas. In my opinion, 2sa970/2sc2240 are better suited for input differential pairs (higher hfe, lower noise).

Yes.No problem at +/-50V.
