Driver board on a Krell KSA 100S

I have to replace the caps on the driver board on my Krell KSA 100S.
Unfortuanatly, I don't know where the driver board is? I was talking to someone over at the
" In House Service Company" but he was busy to complete the call with me , he put me on the track, it seems like the KST 100 had the same problem. This what he has written "KST-100:
These develop a problem of one or both channels distorting, especially on low level signals.Krell used substandard filter caps on the driver board and this is the cause of the problem. We upgrade all the caps on the driver board with high-temperature low ESR caps and adjust the offset and bias." I would send it to him but the company is in New York and I live in Toronto ,Canada.
What he states is exactly what is happening to my Krell.
Please, where can I find the driver board?

Peter

Hi Peter,

I recently changed all capacitors (except for the power supply monsters!) in a couple of MDA-300 Krell amplifiers. If you cannot find the KSA driver board yourself then I would suggest that you do not undertake this repair. It is rather complicated. Check my webpage below to see what it took to fix the MDA-300 amps. Spend the money and have Krell fix them or get rid of the amp before one of the caps shorts out.

Good luck!
