Default Slow CD Changer Tray

My Sansui CD-390M tray moves in and out at a snails pace. I'm going in this weekend want some heads up, what is the most likely cause, hardened grease on the rails?

Hi DreadPirate,
Could be a loose belt, hardened grease, hair or any combination.

Most probably a worn or stretched belt.
