Aura PSAMP1

Hi all,

This integrated amp is new. I first unpack it from box, and when is powered on display is not turning on. Amplifier is working perfectly relays, input sources, just display is dead totally. What is odd here that, from telecommander works all input sources, mute, etc. except stand by. If any button is touched few times in amp, it will hang even from telecommander will not receive commands, so it need to turn off.
Any idea, suggestions are welcome.
I don't believe that, cannot be found site for this manufacturer. On back of amp is a sticker Made in Canada, but anything what can be searched on net os japanese ..!

I don't know how it is in your part of the world, but for most places in USA, a defective item can be returned straight back where it was purchased...

I was going to say the same thing that stocker did. Return it to the store for exchange.

Thanks guys,

Problem is that, I receive as sort of gift and, person who left this amp to me he bring it from Canada. Somehow I'm stuck with it until I find any info where is purchased or is any repairing shop around. In europe, i don't think is any Aura dealer/service. Many people didn't hear for this brand, me either until week ago.

I've receive new front panel from south korea about six months ago, and amp is perfect. Is so beautiful that I am keeping on box.

These guys in S. korea have perfect customer support, they didn't charge me anything for new front panel.
I would like to sell it. It is new anyway.
