H-bridge IGBT
Hey guys,
I need an H bridge IGBT for work (well my coworker actually). I can't remember if he needed it to be 300V or 600V, at 60 amps or maybe a little more. If someone can point me in the direction of something like this, it would be appreciated. We found some stuff from Powerex but they are a little bigger than we need. Alternatively, suggestions for a good discrete IGBT H bridge circuit with protection would be appreciated. Thanks! |
