Analog Devices has published an "errata" for the OpAmp Applications Handbook by Walt Jung:

That´s insane, there are 556 errors on 900 pages! Is it even possible to make a book with an error on more than every second page? I can´t believe that... |

The errata was published at the same time the other stuff became published. Walt Jung is very throurogh, many microscopic details are corrected
but I would say there are no major faults in the book though.
