Default Sony DA 90 ESG help needed

I normally stick to car amps but a friend asked me to look at his Sony ES reciever. And after troubleshooting down to a blown channel. I now find myself looking for a itty-bitty transistor with just a number designation.

Its a 115 73E , The 115 is over the 73E on this little pup. I was hoping someone on the forum might help me to locate and or identify this device.
Its location on the card is near the bias transistor and it carries a location number of Q601. This is a Sony DA-90 ESG reciever

I would deeply appreciate any info or feedback any one might provide

Many thanks in advance
