Hi,
a pair of the single die versions will get rid of the heat better than the dual die version.
Then you can use more of the SOAR due to lower Tc and/or fit a smaller heatsink.

Dear Mr. Line up.

I built MOS100 amp with schematic on post#77. Can I replaced the 2N5401 and 2N5551 with other type? We cannot find real part. How about 2SA1775 and 2SA872 or BC546 and BC556? Thank you.
