Ca3046 Lm3046 Spice Model

Intersil had this CA3046 model on their website -- it was in a PDF so had to be transcribed by hand -- there are other models for the transistor arrays on the Intersil site but the CA3046 seems to be most commonly used:

retype the whole thing in the PDF with a Notepad and save it as a require Spice file name.

LM3046 is an interesting chip
several NPN in same IC

Perfect for my discrete Bandgap Voltage reference!!!

It is the CA3000 zip, towards the end of the list.
