Hi everyone can you help, me i am looking for a uk substitute for 2 japanese transistor, 2sd669a & 2sb649a sorry to be a pain any help appreciated

2SB649A-180V,1.5A,140MHz

2SD669A-180V,1.5A,140MHz

Both are targeted for video/TV applications.But they are good at audio too.Manufacture by Hitachi(Renesas).
