$3.00 each. They also have the complementary 2SA1516.

I've always given MAT Electronics (www.matelectronics.com) a first look whenever I needed hard to find replacement transistrors. I've found them to be reliable and ship stuff promptly.

They have the 2SC3907 listed at $3.56
