I am building this for my brother he wants a way to connect his computer and his fm tuner to a mixer to combine the two stero line level inputs. I was thinking of usings two dual slide type log-pots, these would also function as the volume control. In effect it will be a passive preamp. What do you think?
I was wondering what amp would be good to use (DIY of course), with a fair bit of gain to power two little speaker around 20-30WPC. What would you suggest. I also want to do this all very cheaply. What kind of pots should I buy or should I use a stepped attenuator? Thanks, Lyle Gordon |
