iam not sure on what transformer to use right now its got a 48vct 2.0 amps with with a va rating of 96 if i increase the va rating what will happen beside the amp going up i wana keep the voltage the same maybe go up by no more then 10 volts when amp is turn on the voltage reads 69 if the mj15003 are not hook up when they are it reads 56 volts i am not sure on how hi to go with the va

If you amp is wired the way the schematic shows, you don't have a ground reference from your power supply. You want a +/- supply, not a single-ended one. Your power supply should look like Fig. 1 here:

this is the way I have the power set up
I wana keep the amp to 350 watts when i measure the speaker with an ohm meter it say 12 v 6 amps iam hoping a higher va rating will do this but iam not sure |

Why not go for 10 amps,for the transformer???
