I know this is old but I'll post the top changes made on the MKII

HCA 2200 vs. HCA 2200II

There were 30 changes made in the HCA 2200II. However we will not list all of them in this comparison, only the most significant changes.
  • Re-engineered input circuit board to improve crosstalk figures.
  • Matched input field effect transistors versus input Integrated circuits on the HCA 2200.
  • Power HCA 2200II 250 watts per channel, HCA 2200 220 watts per channel.
  • New improved 5 way binding posts.
  • HCA 2200II has a switch to select between balanced and unbalanced inputs, HCA 2200 used metal jumpers
