Hi all
I have bought an old MC2505 with a defect driver board. The schematics did not tell me something about the industrial part number of the transistors. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a replacement for the transistors: Q132-070 and 132-054 Or (at the best) with a listing of replacements for all the semiconductors. I just crawled the net without success... Thanks in advance Peter |

132-070, NPN for outputs, MJ15003.
132-054, NPN for diff input pair, MPSA06. Drivers are RCA 40409/40410, hard to find. |
