Default QSC EX1250 , fan?

I wonder if the fan on an QSC EX1250 should be running all the time or if it stops when the amp is cold?

I have one here where the fan doesnt run, wondering if its something wrong with it, or if it should be still.

The documents at QSC website is not understandable.

The smaller 2-space EX series amps don't turn on the fan until they warm up. The larger 3-space models like the 4000 have fan always running.

Look at page 23 of manual, double rack, "Housekeeping Supply adn Fan Speed COntrol."
