Hello,
Has anyone used these rather cheap diodes (byw 100-200 or similar) in bridge rectifiers? How do these diodes perform? I intend to use these in preamp PS, crossover PS and headphone PS. cheers, |

Yes,
I have used them for nearly four years. They make quite a difference; subtle, but definitely audible. Cheers, Hugh |

Hi,
Thanks Hugh. Looks that their specs are reflected in their performance. I bought them because their specs looked good - certainly for their price. I also have stealth diodes which cost many times more but I doubt their performance will be that many times better. Thanks again, cheers, |
