Exclamation RSE PFX625 amp gone dead

Went to turn it on today and heard the relay click twice and the signal lights flashed for a second. And then everything went dead.No lights, no fan, no nothing.

Plug fuse is fine. But the anti-surge fuse at the back is blown[ pieces of fuse wire scattered all over the fuse body and it looks black in one spot].. Unfortanally I don't have another one and I guess its gone faulty otherwise that wouldn't have blow.

The 20mm glass anti-surge fuse is rated at 6A.

So gonna replace the fuse, but all the shops I know of only sell 6.3A anti-surge fuses. Hopefully it will still blow if theres a fault?
I wonder if the fuse got blown by old age or a fault though?
As the amp I bought 2nd hand and was told it was 5 years old, so I guess fuses get weakened by age?

If the fuse blows again, I'll start to think the transistors or psu is shot. Already had a look inside[with it unplugged of course] and NOTHING looks burnt.

Also would a poor fitting non original cheap chinese IEC lead have anything to do with the fuse blowing? It's got a 13A fuse in the plug and the cable and IEC is rated to 10A/16A short term.

As I bought the amp for £150, I just hope nothing major or expensive is wrong with it.
