If you use the 20V taps, you may need to correct the VA rating to:
180 * 40 / 70 = 102 VA i.e. the maximum current through the windings is limited. So you could get about 50 watts DC, about .8A at +/- 30 VDC or 1.6A at 30 VDC single-ended. Does that sound right?
