where to buy magnetec ldmos fets and C3 diodes

Hello.
Does anyone know where the above can be purchased
in the USA? Does any of the major stockists
etc have them, so I don't hv to order from UK
and pay additional shipping?

The C3 diodes in particular, look great for
ss rectification in the psu.
