hello diy audio experts,
can anyone help me repair a dynaco st 150, please? in the link you will find the schematic and part list, my question to you guys is: how do i set the bias current and to what value? should i mesure the bias between the collector of q301 and b+ ? if yes how many ma? do i set the bias with p1 or p2, wich is for the dc offset and wich for the bias? please help, phil. link: http://www.dvq.com/hifi/images/st150.pdf |

Hi,
It adjusts with p2. You need ~ 45ma, ~15mV across R302 or R303, (30mV both). |
