Default power supply ? about vcc drop

if your power supply drops when connect something to it is that your voltage for an application

expample say you vcc is 65v without application
with application its drops 40v would 40v be vcc max

If you have an amp with a loosely regulated supply that idles at say 65V, and drops to say 40V or so at full load with all channels driven (like a Carver 5-ch AV piece), the output devices should be rated at about 150V.
