Default FET - SK371 - Where can you buy them?

Does anyone know what the cross reference replacement unit would be or where can you buy these?

Are these Toshiba or Sanyo or some other Japanese brand?

Does anyone know what type of FET this is - N or P-Channel?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Dan
