Default poweramp redesing help?

what could I do to get this amp to funcation right ?
any parts changed ?
any redesing

no matter what do to it just put out 5 watts

You've got to be kidding me!

Did you frazilsmith the finniganpin to the conooter's fremister before adjusting the bias on the shlepinlockistor??
