Hi, I wonder if any of you guys can help me out?
I am trying to find some service details for a Large Harrison Power Amplifier - Model Compu-tec 5000. I've had very little success in finding any info about the company ever existing, but I know they had several pro audio products on the market some time ago. I keep coming across a Harrison Labs that speacialise in Car stuff, I don't think it's the same company. I beleive this Harrison were based in UK, possibly Cambridge. Any info on Schematics, Service Agents, where are they now etc, would be very much appreciated. Thanks |

Hi Leo, thanks for taking time out to reply.
The Power Amps themselves are fine, but there is a fault on the Soft Start, Thermal Protection PCB. Unfortunately someone has attempted to repair before, some of the components look a little dubious, that's why I would like to get hold of schematic. Can you help? Thanks Aug |

Hi.
4 years ago I tried to find a schematic for a Harrison Xi600 amp. A company called "high end musikservice" ( I think...) in Denmark had schematics, and would sell me a copy for approx 10-20Euro. Here's a link: http://www.highendmusik.dk/21.html I don't know if they are able to help you. Regards TroelsM

Hi Guys, thanks for your help.
Not much luck with tracking down any data, although the links you provided did respond. Problem solved now, as I suspected someone had previously attempted a repair and put the wrong pin configuration triac in the soft start circuitry. Regards Aug |

I would be very grateful to get a copy of the schematics of Harrison Xi600 amp.
It seems to include some novel aspects and folks might be interested. Regards TroelsM

I have a Harrison Xi2000 which has a fault in the standby circuit on one channel. It would be great to get a schematic for it! I got it for £20 which is nothing even for the scrap value of it. It's built really well! Full dual monobloc!
