BC54x versus 2SC54x as input transistors

Hi,

Is there much sonic difference between 2SC254x and the BC54x parts in input stage?

From the datasheets I can see collector capacitances are different , and hfe curves are different (it's hard to compare the hfe curves directly).

Where do plan to put them? In an power amp?

Yeah just on the input stage.
