Motorola SJ numbers are house numbers for some OEM. They are not industry numbers. For example SJ6357 is the number they put on an MJ15003 for Peavey. Those numbers are considered proprietary, so Moto won't tell you. If you can find the SJ number in an NTE book or similar, you can get a rough idea of the likely specs.

Do you know what equipment they came out of?

I wouldn't trust the ECG or NTE books on those either. As far as Motorola is concerned, those parts do not exist..

Do you know the make and model of the unit they came out of? I'd be looking at the supply voltages and expected power output to make a replacement if I were you. If they came out of an old power supply or servo, pitch them, or use them in an undemanding application.
