I have a transformer with the following primary/secondary configuration (see attached pic) . I would like to use this in a dual bridge rectifier power supply per the diagram below (taken from http://zero-distortion.com/start.htm) The goal is 38-0-38. Can I use the 14 and 28 taps on the secondaries to attach to the bridge rectifiers to achieve this result? Thanks for the help!

If both sides of the secondary produce the same current, then just wire it up as in the diagram using only the 28V and 0V legs to each bridge. 28 x 1.414 = 39.59 After losses, you'll be close to the 38-0-38 target.
