My Luxman M-03 can not work

Help me! My Luxman M-03 can not work .When I turn on the power,the F301 and F302 on the power suply pannel was broken.How can I repair it ? And I have no the schematic of it .

As a starter, check D301 - D304.
It will be though to trace other faults without schematic.
How do the output transistors measure?

I have check the transister, It work well. I have the L pannel and the R pannel.

What about the diodes? Are they fine?

Sorry, guan, we need at least a schematic.
Can you measure shorts somewhere or find some burned resistors?
If you are not sure how to proceed, I advise taking it to a tech who has experience with amplifiers.
