I want to place my amp up for auction on EBay, but, I'm ashamed to say, I don't know that much about it. I bought it second hand from some good ol' boy in Utah in the mid '80s, and have no paperwork.
My research would lead one to believe that LSR&D only sold kits, but this certainly doesn't look like the kits that I've seen (See attachment). The unit gives the following info: LSR&D, Inc. 6776 Collier Way Riverdale, Georgia 30296 Model: 101 Leach Amp Serial No.: 001256 120 VAC 1000 Watts 50/60 Htz An audiophile I'm not. I would appreciate any information on the amp that anyone could give me. Rock on, gentlemen ! Dean |

I remember that in the late 70's when the original Leach amp was unveiled there were some companies selling "clones" of the design. This may be one of them.

This is the website of the guy who designed it, and has the information there for the latest version of the circuit. He also has the original articles from which this amp is undoubtedly based. http://users.ece.gatech.edu/~mleach/...77articles.pdf is the original article |
