Hi,

I'd encourage you to replace the resistors with good metal film ones and the electrolytic caps with new ones.
Leave the other caps alone (IMO) unless you know them to be bad.
Then, recheck your amp's performance.
Give us your results here and we can help you look at other possibilities at that time.
