I have a Onkyo A-7 Integrated Amp with a burned out power indicator lamp. Does anyone know what voltage / ma it takes? Would it be safe to put a 12v 35ma micro lamp from Radio Shack in?

The Radio Shack 12v 35ma micro-lamp works fine so far. I think the original replacement was a 8v 35ma but I'm not sure because i don't have a service manual and didn't bother to check the voltage with a meter.

Good work! The higher voltage rating of the new bulb should make it last a fair while longer, although a bit dimmer than the original...
