Default How to calculate Log pot resistor values?

Is there an easy to find resource that calculates resistor values for building your own log pot? I have several multy step switches i could use but i dont know how to calculate the values? And i have to use 2 resistors per step, one to ground and one on the input side correct?

Is there any good online articles about this?
