Hi guys,
Desperately seeking datasheet for P-chaneel 2SJ111 J-fet and its N-chaneel counterpart, if there is any. Spice models for both would be nice as well  Thanks, a

Thanks Leolabs,
I have allready found that (just a specsheet), no sign of datasheet. If someone knows a complementary device for 2SJ111, that could help a lot

Hi Milan,
Yes, but Toshiba 2SJ111 is P-ch J-fet device, P-ch complementary is 2SK369, according to "datasheet" 2 posts above. Dobro je da si ponovo aktivan, pozdrav
